The "Run" will start at Floyd Bennett Field in Brooklyn, NY at 7am and carry a piece of World Trade Center steel to Shanksville, PA to be a part of the memorial. The ride will be stopping here at Appalachian HD around 1pm. You can join the "ride" here and continue on to Shanksville. The "ride" will be police escorted the entire way. They anticipate a huge turnout for this event.

Proceeds from the "Run" will benefit the FDNY Fire Family Transport Foundation - The cost of tolls for registered motorcycles will be paid for Westbound ONLY.

Appalachian H-D is the only stop so get here early!!

RIDE UPDATE - if you plan on joining the ride at Appalachian, registration begins at 12 Noon. The first 200 riders to register here will receive a "ride pin". The registration fee for riders leaving from Appalachian is $40.00, there will be no additional passenger fee and the passenger qualifies for a free pin too if in the first 200 to register. Appalachian will be serving lunch to the riders from New York when they arrive around 1pm. They will then be refueling at local gas stations and then departing for Shanksville around 2:30 to 3pm.
