Rewards Card Online Activation

The Dealership website activation allows members access to view recent transaction history, verify their account balance, edit their profile, check for upcoming sales promotions and sale campaigns and access the same viewable documents that are stored on the in-store kiosks.

To activate your Reward plus account or to create your online login, follow these instructions.

Look for the Rider Rewards icon on the home page of www.AppalachianHD.com

Once you have entered the Reward Plus area, scroll down to the Activate Card "box" and click, "activate card". Follow the menu prompts. Enter the security code printed on the back of your card (the 11 digit number at the bottom) and your card identification number.

The next set of windows allows you to enter your personal information. If you are activating a card that has already been in use, you will only need to enter your last name and e-mail address. If the card has never been used you will need to complete all the fields.

Before you are finished you will be asked to enter your own unique password. Once you have completed the request for information and hit "finish" you will receive an automated e-mail to the e-mail address you entered into your profile. Open that e-mail and click the prompt to complete the activation process. Now your account is ready to view on your next visit to the dealership website.

Once you have returned to Rider Rewards section of the dealership website and located the activation box, you need only to enter your user name and password. Your username will always be your e-mail address. Your password is the unique password that was entered in the activations process. Hit "login" and you're done.
