Rewards Card Online Activation

The Dealership website activation allows members access to view recent transaction history, verify their account balance, edit their profile, check for upcoming sales promotions and sale campaigns and access the same viewable documents that are stored on the in-store kiosks.

To activate your Rider Rewards account or to create your online login, follow these instructions.

Look for the Rider Rewards icon on the home page of www.AppalachianHD.com

Once you have entered the Rider Rewards area, scroll down to "Have you ever Accessed your Rewards Account Online" and click, "No, I need a password". Follow the menu prompts and enter your card number and the security code printed on the back of your card (the 11 digit number at the bottom).

The next window will ask you for your email address (twice) and the third screen will ask you to create a password. After your information is submitted the system will send you a confirmation email to finish the activation process. Click the link in the confirmation email ("Activate Portal Account"), then return to AH-D's website and login using the email address and password you have just created.

Once in your personal Rewards site, click "edit profile" and complete the remaining fields of information (name, address, etc.). You can even upload your photo and the photo of your dream bike! Finally, click "update information" and you are done! You can now access your account and transaction history any time you'd like -- check you purchase history, account balance, upcoming sales and events, etc! (note: may take up to 48 hours to update after purchases are made)
