We are a state-of-the art facility with 7 factory trained technicians, 6 of which are certified Masters of Technology by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company. Our highly-skilled technicians know how important it is to keep your Harley-Davidson bike in the best condition possible and they treat every motorcycle as if it were their own.
In today's fast-paced world, we realize that time is extremely valuable. That's why the service department is effectively staffed to provide ease of appointment making and timely repairs. Our new facility is equipped with 16 state-of-the-art work stations, up to date service literature and specialty tools. This allows us to service your bike with the shortest possible turnaround time so that you can get back on the road quickly. We believe in bringing customer service to the next level with our unique ride-in service write up area and convenient after-hours key drop box. We also provide pick up, delivery and towing services for all of your needs. The goal for the service department at Appalachian Harley-Davidson is to exceed your expectations and to provide you and your motorcycle with the best service possible.
